Manchester United 2021-22 Pre-Season schedule

Manchester United set to kick-start their preparation for new 2021-22 football season with a five pre-season games.

United will open their pre-season on Sunday, July 18th at Pride Park against Derby County. Kick-off set for 13:00. And then team will play against QPR on Saturday, 24 July at Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium.

The Red Devils will welcome premier league new comers Brentford to Old Trafford on Wednesday, July 28. fans are expected to be at the stands for this game. Ole men will travel to Deepdale on July 31 to take on Preston North End before coming back to Old Trafford to face Everton in the final pre-season game.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has spoken extensively about teams’ pre-season plans ahead of the 2021/22 campaign. He felt starting pre-season on the road instead of Home is good thing to do.

Ole said, “Yeah, I think so. We’ve planned the pre-season as well as we could under the limitations we had. When we had to make the plans, we had to be on the safe side. We had these opportunities that will challenge us, starting with Derby. We normally start with easier opposition in the first pre-season game, so we’ll be straight in.”
