Formula 1 : 2021 French Grand Prix session timings

After a exciting Azerbaijan GP, Formula 1 is heading to France for round 7 of 2021 season. It will be a first race of first triple-header in a 23 race calendar.

Located at Le Castellet near Marseille, Circuit Paul Ricard brought France back on the F1 map after a decade-long absence in 2018. However, the latest configuration of the Paul Ricard circuit hasn’t proved to be popular with fans, with both the 2018 and the ’19 race failing to deliver exciting action.

Last year’s event was called off due to COVID-19.

There are many things to look for in this weekend’s race, one most important thing is the title fight, with both Red Bull and Mercedes keen to find out how competitive they would be relative to each other at a more conventional track, after the tide shifted towards the former at street circuits.

Can Mercedes and Lewis Hamilton come back to their winning ways ? or Will Red Bull and Max Verstappen extend their Championship lead? or Can French Team Alpine clinch a podium on their home turf? or Sebastian Vettel and Aston Martin keep their momentum going? or Can Charles Leclerc and Ferrari keep their Pole position streak going ?
